Project Overview

This project represents a significant collaborative effort between the Center for Telehealth at UMMC and Dr. Sarah Asch from Hometown Pediatric Dermatology, LLC in the Upper Midwest region. A series of monthly one-hour lunchtime free CME/CEU sessions on diagnosis and treatment of pediatric skin concerns. Attend one, two or all sessions! Each session consists of a mini-lecture followed by discussion of attendee-provided patient cases with a pediatric dermatologist. The curriculum is designed to expand expertise in assessing and treating pediatric skin conditions for ages 0 to 18.

Target audience: Pediatric and Family Primary care clinicians, nurses or other interested healthcare providers in areas with limited pediatric dermatology access across the Upper Midwest. There is no geographic restriction for participation.

Community Clinicians will get CME/CEU in a virtual learning network through the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
