Rebecca Verdin, MHA
COE Manager, Medical University of South Carolina
Mrs. Verdin manages the MUSC Telehealth Center of Excellence program. She works closely with the directors of the COE, Executive Director of Grants and Research, and COE Coordinator to ensure the COE research agenda and program objectives are achieved. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the COE and supervises the administrative support team. She works closely with institutional grants staff to ensure timely submission of materials to HRSA and supports alignment of activities with other MUSC Center for Telehealth objectives and research. Mrs. Verdin is well posed for this position as she earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Clemson University in 2016, her Master of Health Administration from Medical University of South Carolina in 2019, and has over 11 years of experience working in the telehealth space, including operational telehealth program implementation expertise and extensive research project management.
