As electronic health records continue to shape modern healthcare, documentation burden remains a major contributor to provider burnout. This study explored the real-world use of an AI scribe during telehealth encounters and its impact on workflow, satisfaction, and patient interaction.
Findings showed that three-fifths of providers experienced reduced burnout, while two-thirds reported improved satisfaction with documentation time and greater ability to engage with patients.
These results highlight the growing potential of AI-enabled solutions to streamline clinical workflows, strengthen the provider–patient relationship, and support more patient-centered care.
