Project Overview
A variety of telehealth strategies can improve access and quality of care for patients in primary care practices. However, it can be difficult for practices to evaluate the potential impact of different strategies, and its benefits to specific populations, in order to determine which strategies have the greatest positive impact. The COE explored the role of virtual urgent care and understanding its impact on patient utilization of primary care and preventive services.
