Project Overview

HIV Data-to-Care programs use HIV surveillance data to assist with relinking and engaging people with HIV to care.Based on initial qualitative findings from an assessment of SC Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC’s) Data-to-Care program, teleconsent was determined to be a tool that could assist data-to-care case managers in outreach to individuals. The COE has supported the implementation of teleconsent in the data-to-care program and will evaluate and report the challenges and success with the program.
