Project Overview

To reduce the burden of adverse events caused by patients’ cancer and/or chemotherapy treatment via enhanced communication through a telehealth platform that includes daily symptom assessment, daily remote patient monitoring, as well as twice a week telehealth visits to assess and treat symptomatology.
