Listening to Women and Pregnant and Postpartum People (LTWP)

Overview Resources

Project Overview

MUSC has developed a novel telehealth program called Listening to Women and Pregnant and Postpartum People (LTWP) that has preliminarily demonstrated improved rates of detection and treatment attendance for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders as well as substance use disorders as compared to usual care. The COE is currently conducting a randomized control trial to establish the efficacy of LTWP versus usual care on patient reported outcomes during the upcoming year. In addition, we will work with partners in a rural community to implement LTWP.
