Project Overview

Determine whether a virtual medical assistant can reduce Telehealth no shows, increase patient compliance and bring value for the clinical provider. Determine if the cost of the addition of a certified medical assistant can be offset by reimbursement from the anticipated increase in Telehealth encounters and reduced no shows.
