Project Overview

MUSC has been working to conduct a cost-effectiveness analysis to determine: (a) the effect of school telehealth on use of asthma controller medications using Medicaid data to assess population health effects; (b) the cost effectiveness of telehealth in schools for asthma management using decision analysis modeling with a Markov and Monte Carlo simulation; and (c) perform a cost-finding analysis of school telehealth services.
