Excited to share that UMMC's COE recent publication in Telemedicine and e-Health highlights emerging innovations in telehealth workflows through the adoption of AI-based scribes during virtual care encounters. This study examines provider experiences using AI-driven documentation tools in telemedicine settings, with findings demonstrating meaningful reductions in documentation burden, improved workflow efficiency, and enhanced provider satisfaction.
