Members of the MUSC Telehealth Center of Excellence (COE) team recently published a toolkit to guide healthcare teams and community-based organizations in the use of telehealth to provide healthcare for people experiencing homelessness. The toolkit includes a guide for conducting a needs and capacity assessment as well as customizable frameworks for use of various asynchronous and synchronous modalities in healthcare for the unhoused.
