- Describe the magnitude of the mental health workforce shortage and how it impacts access to care.
- Describe how North Carolina Statewide Telepsychiatry Program (NC-STeP) is addressing problems in areas of access to quality (evidence-based) mental health services.
- Summarize the recent research findings regarding ED boarding, cost savings, technological advances, and race/gender differences from the NC Statewide Telepsychiatry program.
